1. Our guest room is the #9 building on the left side, and the conference room is on the right hand side. 2. For guest room booking, you need to call the resort directly at 508-896-9000, toll free at 800-343-6074 or Reservations Department at stay@oceanedge.com by May 16, 2025. 3. The guest room booking is at a discount rate of $289/night. Please identify yourselves as part of the SAU group, and provide the resort with your name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), and check-in and check-out dates. After the cut-off date, all unreserved rooms within the contracted group block will be immediately released without notice back to Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club for general sale. 4. Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
